The Opportunity:

As a Senior Solution / Implementation Manager, you’ll lead complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of our customer programs. You’ll mentor junior managers, develop best practices, and drive strategic capability development across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Solution Development

  • Lead creation of customer‑specific program solutions.
  • Assess and integrate key customer requirements.
  • Provide required inputs for quoting.
  • Continuously refine and improve solution approaches.

Implementation Insight

  • Offer guidance on operational challenges and best practices during the quoting and design process.

Solution Integration

  • Ensure smooth handoff of solutions to implementation teams.
  • Support transition into sustainable, ongoing operations.
  • Ensure execution of critical customer requirements.

Project Management

  • Drive proactive cross‑functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead communication cadence, meetings, and status updates.
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk mitigation.
  • Execute gated presentations and escalate issues when customer expectations may be at risk.
  • Run lessons‑learned activities and apply insights to future projects.

Sales Support

  • Understand technical requirements necessary for successful delivery.
  • Support pre‑sales design with solution expertise and options.
  • Develop customer value propositions using value stream mapping, customized solutions, and ROI analysis.

Since 1979, Kem Krest has been providing Total Program Management through our Supply Chain, Fulfillment and Aftersales Solutions.

Kem Krest manages and markets customer branded parts and chemicals, from suppliers to dealership networks and production facilities, on behalf of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) within the Automotive, Agriculture/Industrial and Defense Industries.

With all the complexities involved in managing service parts, our solution is providing simplification through our Total Program Management, which includes Inventory and Quality Management, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Fulfillment – Packaging and Kitting, Direct Ship, JIT Delivery, Lean Warehousing, Customer Service, Outbound Dealer Calls, Promotional Assistance and Value Added Services - Sales & Marketing.
