We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Solution Analyst.
In this role you will:
Strategic Planning & Business Enablement
- Partner with senior stakeholders to clarify strategic goals, target outcomes, benefits and KPIs/OKRs.
- Shape and maintain an execution-ready roadmap (epics, milestones, dependencies, sequencing, capacity assumptions).
- Prepare governance-ready materials: problem statements, value cases, options analysis, decision papers, and RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
- Support prioritisation by balancing value, risk, regulatory needs, and delivery constraints.
Solution Analysis & Requirements Leadership
- Lead discovery via workshops/interviews to capture business requirements, control requirements, and operating model impacts.
- Translate needs into epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and traceability.
- Develop analysis artefacts including as-is/to-be process maps, business rules, exception handling, MI/reporting requirements, and service/process measures.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders; manage scope changes and ensure requirements remain coherent end-to-end.
Delivery Partnership & Change Readiness
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, QA/UAT and Operations to ensure solutions are feasible, testable, compliant, and operationally ready.
- Support test strategy and UAT readiness (scenarios, entry/exit criteria, defect triage, sign-off).
- Contribute to implementation readiness: cutover inputs, training/comms needs, operational acceptance, and post-release verification.
AI / Agentic (Desirable / Plus)
- Identify where AI/agentic patterns can improve enablement outcomes (e.g., intelligent workflow, decision support, automated insight generation).
- Define guardrails and controls: human-in-the-loop, permissions, audit trails, explainability expectations, monitoring measures.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted partner to business leads and technology management, influencing decisions through structured analysis and clear recommendations.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment across AME time zones; manage dependencies with platform and control functions where required.
- Communicate progress and decisions clearly, escalating with options and impacts.
To be successful you will need:
Essential
- Strong experience as a Solution Analyst / Senior Business Analyst / Technical BA delivering complex change in a regulated organisation.
- Demonstrated ability in roadmap shaping, prioritisation support, benefits/KPI definition, and translating strategy into execution.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills; able to drive clarity with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability: process analysis, requirements traceability, dependency management, and pragmatic problem solving.
- Comfortable working in Agile/iterative delivery environments and across SDLC controls.
Desirable
- Financial services/banking experience and understanding of governance, risk and control expectations.
- Experience with operating model change/adoption planning (training, comms, process metrics).
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation, or agentic workflows.
