Where you belong
The SCM CRO line of businessis responsible for driving the commercial success and growth of our Supply Chain Management solution portfolio as part of the Customer Success organisation.
What you'll build
The leader with their directly-lead team, as well as the indirect extended team, are responsible for supporting our customers in their search for Supply Chain Solutions that drive operational transformation across their business. These customer engagements drive new software bookings as well as support the customer’s adoption and consumption of existing licensed solutions. The teams will collaborate as required with the CS&D and partner organisations.
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary and result oriented Senior Leader (m/f) to drive high-impact transformation engagements for our clients. This role demands a strategic leader with deep understanding of the Supply Chain Management technology landscape, competitor landscape and market trends including the impact of agentic AI in supply chains. We are looking for an innovation-first mindset — capable of translating KPIs into actionable strategies while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
