In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to our most complex and ambitious clients, translating their business challenges into innovative, value-driven solutions. You will combine deep industry knowledge, architectural expertise, and consultative excellence to shape transformation roadmaps that drive measurable business impact. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and execution, where your insights directly influence how organizations modernize their operations and embrace emerging technologies.
You are a seasoned solution advisory professional with deep SAP expertise and a track record of driving cloud adoption and delivering measurable customer value at strategic enterprise accounts. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the creative thinking and learning agility to adapt as the role evolves.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic enterprise customers in the high-tech manufacturing sector, leading cloud adoption strategies, delivering transformation projects, and guiding clients on maximising the value of SAP's solution portfolio.
You will be part of the Customer Success team — a team focused on driving cloud adoption and building lasting relationships with some of SAP's most strategic enterprise accounts. The team works at the intersection of advisory, delivery, and innovation, partnering closely with product teams, global counterparts, and partners. This is a role for someone who wants to combine deep SAP expertise with genuine customer impact in the high-tech manufacturing sector.
