The Brunello Cucinelli company is looking for talented individuals who are enthusiastic about fashion, elegance, and craftsmanship and eager to acquire the skills required to create high-value, memorable customer experiences in line with the brand’s distinctive philosophy.
The Made in Italy brand, specialized in luxury with a distinctive Italian flair, is inviting motivated candidates to participate in the Solomeo Talent Academy Program, which will take place in October 2026.
The selected participants will spend two weeks at the historic corporate headquarters in the charming village of Solomeo (Perugia, Italy), where they will attend an intensive course focusing on style, product knowledge, and the development of authentic and lasting customer relationships.
Participants will take part in workshops and seminars, collaborating closely with managers from areas related to Retail, Creation, and Distribution of the collections. They will learn about the company’s history and values and will acquire skills in visual merchandising, in the organizational management of garments, as well as developing a deep understanding of the product and its styling, enabling them to grow within a luxury environment.
The program will also offer insights into commercial development across different markets, from the initial approach with international clients to the final delivery of tailored solutions across various sales channels.
The ideal candidates are team players and effective communicators with a strong affinity for the Brunello Cucinelli philosophy. They are passionate about fashion and Made in Italy, demonstrate a strong learning mindset, a desire for growth, and a proactive attitude.
The program will be held entirely in English; therefore, fluency in both spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
The company will cover food, board and transportation costs for the entire duration of the course.
