Pinstripe Recruitment is partnering with a respected boutique firm in the Lake Macquarie area to recruit a Solicitor with 3+ years PAE to join their growing team.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on and diverse role where you’ll work across multiple areas of law, including:

• Family law matters including parenting, property settlements, divorce, de facto matters and negotiated outcomes
• Wills and estates including estate planning, probate and family provision matters
• Property and conveyancing matters across residential and commercial transactions
• Commercial and business law matters including business sales, purchases and general advisory work
• Estate litigation and dispute resolution matters

While family law experience is essential, the role offers the opportunity to broaden your practice and continue developing across a wider range of legal matters.

About You

You will ideally:

• Have 3+ years PAE
• Possess solid family law experience with the ability to run matters independently
• Be confident managing files with minimal supervision

• Have strong communication and client relationship skills
