This is a fast-paced, coordination-focused role where you’ll schedule service appointments, support field technicians, and help resolve issues to keep systems running at peak performance. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for solar systems.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
  • Support field technicians with scheduling, routing, and job details.
  • Track service requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate parts, equipment, and follow-ups for service work.
  • Manage incoming service inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve service issues and improve processes.

Equipment You’ll Use

  • CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Scheduling and dispatch tools
  • Phone and communication platforms

A Typical Day

  • Review service schedules and prioritize urgent requests
  • Coordinate appointments with customers and technicians
  • Track open service cases and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Communicate updates and ensure smooth job completion
  • Update systems and prepare for the next day’s schedule

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or operations coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
