Retail - Solar Sales Representative

Position Overview

The Retail - Solar Sales Representative is responsible for engaging homeowners at retail locations, educating them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.

This is a customer-facing position designed for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with people and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations. Success is measured by generating high-quality appointments that result in completed in-home demonstrations and ultimately help homeowners save money through solar.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar.
• Qualify homeowners based on company guidelines.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company.
• Accurately record appointments and customer information.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$85,000 annual potential
• Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission
• Fri-Tue or Wed-Sun
• Morning: (9 AM - 5PM) & Night shifts (1 PM - 9 PM) available
