About The Role

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday

As a Solar PV Sales Consultant, you’ll respond to incoming leads, provide expert advice, and generate bespoke quotes using Salesforce CRM. You’ll work closely with operations teams to ensure a smooth installation process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming leads for solar and battery storage
• Advising customers via phone and email
• Completing desktop surveys ahead of in-person visits
• Generating tailored quotes using Salesforce CRM
• Liaising with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Working towards quarterly sales targets
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring GDPR compliance
• Outbound sales campaign support

About You

• Minimum 1 year experience in solar sales or a similar consultative sales role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of Solar PV and battery storage solutions
• Experience using Salesforce CRM is an advantage
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
• Highly organised, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
