Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Role Overview:

Responsible for the service schedule of Solar PV systems with assistance for the maintenance, and repair of renewable energy systems ASHP, GSHP, MVHR & EAHP.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety
• Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency and recommend improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime for clients
• Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of their renewable energy systems
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions for system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance

Skills & Experience

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, BPEC, or equivalent Electrical qualification including AM2 (essential)
• Solar PV Installer Qualification (Level 3) (essential)
• 18th Edition qualification (essential)
• Full valid UK driving licence (essential)
• Experience within social housing desirable
• Experience with heat pumps, district heating, or hybrid renewable systems
• Strong understanding of domestic hot water and low-temperature heating systems
• Strong technical report writing and communication skills
