Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor of 2025, is hiring Solar General Laborers to support our growing solar project in Los Lunas NM. If you’re hardworking, dependable, and interested in learning a trade in the solar industry, we’d love to hear from you.

This position requires frequent physical activity in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds and may occasionally be required to handle loads exceeding that amount with assistance. The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, elevated work areas, loud noise levels, and extreme temperatures. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.
