We are specifically looking for local candidates near the Fort Sumner, NM area. If you live in Fort Sumner, House, Clovis, NM, or any nearby surrounding towns — we want you!
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are dependable, ready to work outdoors, and looking for steady employment on a large-scale solar project. We are committed to hiring locally and investing in the communities where we build.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties on solar project sites, including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.
Assistwith the installation and assembly of solar components as directed.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite while following all safety protocols.
Work closely with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
Ability tolift upto 50lbsregularly.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for8+hrsa day.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions(extreme cold or heat).
Strong workethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
Pre-employment drug testrequired
Other duties as assigned.
