Solar Inspection Technician

Trinity Solar, the Northeast’s largest privately-owned solar integrator, is growing—and we’re looking for a Solar Inspection Technician to join our team!

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our solar installations meet all local codes and inspection standards. What You’ll Do

• Attend daily coordination meetings with the Inspection Coordinator and Field Manager
• Perform pre-inspection audits to ensure installations are inspection-ready
• Prepare job sites for inspectors (e.g., opening electrical panels and junction boxes)
• Capture and submit required photos and documentation
• Install placards and secure final inspection approvals/stickers
• Set up and safely secure ladders for inspector access
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local inspection offices
• Work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Support additional field and inspection-related duties as needed

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Electrical or solar experience is a plus
• Comfortable working at heights
