Full-Time | Field-Based | $25–$32/hour
SpartanX is seeking an experienced Solar Inspection Technician to support residential solar inspection operations across our active markets.
This role serves as the critical quality checkpoint between installation and final approval. You'll evaluate completed solar projects for inspection readiness, identify deficiencies before the inspector does, coordinate necessary corrections, and help ensure projects are positioned to pass inspection the first time.
We're looking for someone with solid residential solar experience who knows what a quality installation should look like, catches the details others miss, and can confidently work with inspectors, AHJs, homeowners, and field teams.
Primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday availability required.
A successful inspection starts before the inspector arrives
Our Inspection Technicians are the final set of trained eyes on a project before approval. Your ability to catch deficiencies early, coordinate corrections, and ensure the project is truly inspection-ready helps prevent failed inspections, unnecessary return trips, and project delays.
