Join us as a: Solar & Electrification Consultant/ Remote Electrician

In this role you’ll get to:

• Deliver scheduled concierge consultations (video and phone) with homeowners who are exploring electrification options for their homes

• Provide expert, impartial guidance on solar, battery storage, EV charging, hot water heat pumps, and whole-home electrification

• Review and explain installer quotes in plain language, helping customers understand what they are actually being offered

• Identify the right solution for each homeowner's situation — technical, financial, and lifestyle fit

• Use the company concierge platform and CRM to log notes, outcomes, and follow-up actions after each call

• Uphold the company standard: friendly, knowledgeable, zero-pressure, and genuinely helpful

• Collaborate with the broader Concierge team on quality, learnings, and continuous improvement
  

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer/Electrician

• Strong working knowledge of residential solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and/or heat pump systems

• Excellent English communication skills — warm, clear, and confident in explaining technical concepts to non-technical homeowners

• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup for professional video calls (or you could work on site in our office at JY square if you prefer).

• Experience in a customer-facing advisory or consultancy role

• Familiarity with reading and comparing solar and electrification quotes preferred
  

Working Schedule:

• Monday–Friday schedule, initially. Will be adjusted to a 5-day workweek, including weekends.

• Working hours at 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a chance to move a bit later in the day.
