Job Description

Strada Services is seeking motivated Installers in Houston to support the installation of EcoFlow Ocean Pro whole-home battery systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with foundational experience in electrical, solar, or construction work who are looking to grow their career in the rapidly expanding energy and home backup industry. Installers will work to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality system installations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of residential battery backup and energy storage systems
• Support wiring and connection of system components to electrical panels under supervision
• Help mount and secure equipment according to manufacturer and company standards
• Assist in system setup, testing, and commissioning to ensure proper functionality
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times
• Follow all safety protocols, electrical codes, and company procedures
• Load, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment for each job
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and issues
• Provide a positive and professional experience for customers during installations

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong communication and reliability

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical, solar, or construction work preferred
• Experience with residential installations or energy systems is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, attics, and on ladders
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
