Responsible for achieving the performance indicators, sales force development indicators, and expense control indicators of the institutions under their jurisdiction, and taking primary responsibility for all indicators of the institutions under their jurisdiction;
Responsible for media communication, media relations maintenance, and brand promotion within the scope of the institutions under management, including effectively utilizing the unified soft articles and press releases regularly shared by the Public Relations Department of the head office to publish to local mainstream media, and coordinating and implementing inquiries and interviews with various media in the area under management.
Be responsible for the effectiveness of internal controls within the jurisdiction, supervise, manage, and coordinate work within the jurisdiction, identify, assess, monitor, and report relevant risks on the basis of ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, and internal company rules and regulations, and be responsible for transmitting the culture advocated by the company (including risk management culture, compliance management philosophy, etc.)
Supervise the marketing director to cultivate a team of marketing agents with good compliance concepts and professional ethics, and bear primary management responsibility for the compliance practice of the institutions under their jurisdiction;
Strictly adhere to the relevant provisions outlined in the company's media management system regarding the handling process for media risk events. Be responsible for managing media risk events in the central branch/marketing service department, encompassing media communication with institutions under jurisdiction, investigation of risk events, and media response, among others;
Report any violations or potential risks discovered during the work process in a timely manner, and propose corrective or improvement suggestions;
Assist the Audit Department in completing audit-related tasks and carry out rectification work based on the audit report;
Formulate workflows and standards applicable to the jurisdiction;
Cooperate with various departments of the head office to complete various projects and tasks; complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Employment conditions:
Knowledge/Skills/Education
Bachelor's degree or above;
Over 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, including over 8 years of experience in management positions;
Good time management skills;
Able to work under pressure;
Proficient in computer operation;
