You'll ensure that Alstom delivers validated and high-performing signalling solutions that meet customer requirements in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, safety assurance, test and commissioning), define and execute verification and validation strategies, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:
Defining the Verification and Validation (V&V) strategy in the V&V Plan to ensure customer and design requirements are met.
Optimizing the allocation of tests between in-house and on-site to improve efficiency and coverage.
Ensuring adherence to internal processes, norms, methods, and tools, while managing deviations when necessary.
Organizing and leading documentation verification and reviews.
Managing full verification and validation of all configured functions, parameters, and data produced on the project.
Defining and following up on the implementation of test benches and analysis tools.
Collaborating with Test and Commissioning teams for the definition and follow-up of Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).
Prioritizing and overseeing the deliverables of the Project/Program Verification & Validation Team.
Ensuring independence of verification from design activities.
