Job Description

At Daxko, our Software Trainers play a key role in helping our customers succeed from day one. In this role, you’ll partner directly with customers to guide them through onboarding and training, helping them confidently use our software to power their organizations and communities.

What you’ll do

  • Lead engaging, effective training sessions for a wide range of customers with different needs and experience levels
  • Travel to customer sites to support go-live events and ensure a smooth, successful transition
  • Serve as a primary trainer for small to mid-sized implementations
  • Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, supportive training experience
  • Gather and apply customer feedback to continuously improve training delivery and outcomes
  • Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and resources
  • Develop a strong understanding of Daxko’s products and the member-based organizations we serve
  • Contribute to team goals and OKRs, and support process improvement initiatives

What you bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in training, customer support, education, or a related field
  • Confidence leading conversations and presenting information to groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex or unexpected situations
  • Comfort working independently, managing your time, and prioritizing competing needs
  • A calm, professional approach when handling challenging customer situations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new technology and teach others how to use it effectively
  • A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
