We are a Mobile Business Application team within the bank, focused on delivering business features that directly support customer and business needs. Our team designs, develops, and enhances mobile banking applications used daily by a thousands of customers and we have ambition to keep expectations as of #1 Business Banking app in Baltics. We work in close collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, designers, and backend teams to turn business requirements into secure, reliable, and user‑friendly mobile features.

Our work is strongly feature‑driven and delivery‑focused: we continuously release improvements, new capabilities, and optimizations while meeting the high quality, security, and regulatory standards required in a banking environment.

As a Software Tester, your responsibilities will include:

• Testing mobile application features to ensure they meet business, functional, and usability requirements
• Designing and executing test scenarios for new business features, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Collaborating closely with business developers, analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
• Performing manual testing of mobile applications across different devices and platforms
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, and supporting their resolution
• Supporting regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable with new releases
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to feature planning and delivery quality
• Ensuring testing activities align with banking standards, security requirements, and internal quality guidelines
• Automate test collections, to be able to scalre features launch.

To thrive in this role we believe you have:

• Experience working as a Software Tester or QA Engineer, preferably with mobile applications
• Understanding of Agile development and feature‑based delivery
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test cases
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• A proactive attitude and sense of ownership for delivered mobile features
• Outgoing, positive, and can‑do attitude.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Nice to have experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
• Nice to have experience with mobile test automation, API testing, or backend integrations
• Nice to have experience with Playwright or other test automation platforms
