What will you do? 

As aSoftwareTestEngineeryouwillperformimplementation,regularproblemsolving,maintenanceandsupportforaagilesoftwaredevelopmentandyouwillalsobe

• Writing and executing test scripts
• Running manual and automated tests
• Testing in different environments including web and mobile
• Writing bug reports
• Providing quality assurance
• Providing objective feedback to software development project teams
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• Designing tests to mitigating risk

What you have:

• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of software development life cycle; ability to use a structured methodology for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products to the marketplace.
• Software Product Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of technical aspects of a software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.
• Software Product Testing: Knowledge of software product testing; ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure software product quality and adherence to stated requirements.
• System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.

Top Candidates will also have:

• Experience with Test Strategy for Experience Cloud (functional, regression, security)
• Drives automation where possible (Playwright experience a plus)
• Identify & determine risks and readiness early & communication
• Partners well with Tech BA, development and leadership to shift quality left
• Salesforce Platform/Experience Cloud Knowledge plus Salesforce Loyalty Management Platfrorm
• Experience with Azure DevOps or alternative tool.
• Formal education in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. 
• Solid experience with software testing & quality assurance. 
• Experience with FE & BE/API testing
