Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Plan, design, and execute test cases covering
  user interfaces, business logic, and data access
  in line with application requirements.

• 
  Author and maintain
  detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data
  to simulate real-life business use cases.

• 
  Perform
  functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  to ensure product quality and end-user satisfaction.

• 
  Test, troubleshoot, and critically evaluate software components to identify defects and improvement areas.

• 
  Analyze test results using standard
  test case design techniques
  and prepare comprehensive test documentation.

• 
  Track, report, and communicate
  defect status, test progress, and individual assignments
  effectively to stakeholders.

• 
  Recommend and implement improvements for
  test management, execution, and reporting processes
  .

• 
  Collaborate closely with
  technical and business stakeholders
  to understand requirements, system capabilities, and enhancement status.

• 
  Ensure testing aligns with
  business requirements and quality standards
  throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  Strong understanding of
  software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC
  .

• 
  Hands-on experience in
  test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
  .

• 
  Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.

• 
  Excellent communication skills to interact with
  technical teams and business users
  .

Good to Have

• 
  Exposure to
  SAP functional testing
  , preferably in the
  SAP HRM / HCM module
  .
