We are seeking an experienced Systems Testing / QA
Specialist to lead and execute comprehensive testing activities across
enterprise-scale applications and systems. The successful candidate will be
responsible for developing testing strategies, creating test plans and test
cases, executing various levels of testing, and ensuring the delivery of
high-quality solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide
  advice on testing strategy, test plans, selection of testing tools, and
  identification of testing resources.
• 
  Plan
  and organize testing efforts for large systems in both GUI and non-GUI
  environments.
• 
  Execute
  systems integration testing, specialized testing, user acceptance testing,
  stress testing, and other testing activities.
• 
  Develop
  test plans, test scripts, and test cases, and execute them against various
  system components.
• 
  Collaborate
  with project teams throughout analysis, design, development,
  implementation, and support phases.
• 
  Execute
  functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• 
  Validate
  system functionality under various operating conditions.
• 
  Identify,
  document, and track software defects using industry-standard defect
  management tools.
• 
  Work
  closely with development teams to reproduce and resolve defects.
• 
  Develop
  and maintain automated test scripts using automated testing tools.
• 
  Integrate
  automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• 
  Conduct
  performance, stress, and load testing activities.
• 
  Ensure
  compliance with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
  standards and related regulations.
• 
  Collaborate
  with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure
  solution quality.
• 
  Participate
  in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and
  retrospectives.
• 
  Maintain
  detailed documentation of testing activities, results, coverage, and
  quality metrics.
• 
  Provide
  input into user documentation and release notes.
• 
  Ensure
  testing practices align with industry standards and regulatory
  requirements.
