Software Tester

We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of advanced software for our cargo X-ray security scanning systems. This role involves hands-on testing and problem-solving in areas such as real-time control, imaging, diagnostics, and hardware/software integration.

Software Tester

Responsibilities

• Experience in creating and executing test procedures for system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong experience in testing window based applications
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and practices.
• Experience on testing Imaging systems like X-ray , CT scan etc.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments, including collaboration with Scrum teams.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium / Cypress / Playwright.
• Knowledge on Cross-platform experience (Windows and Linux)
• Good understanding of networking concepts
• Hands on Programming languages: Python and shell scripting and Java script
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years of professional software testing with a focus on window based applications
• Experience in image acquisition, preprocessing, enhancement, analysis, for Xray systems and security scanner / medical devices
• Working knowledge of test case design, defect tracking, and test execution strategies.
