【Job Responsibilities】 You will drive the following in close collaboration with the team:

• Formulate test plans based on customer requirements

• Design and execute tests (both on PC and on actual hardware)

• Conduct integration testing in conjunction with customer systems

• Perform reproduction testing and root-cause isolation for defects; coordinate with development teams

• Handle technical communication on specifications and test content with overseas development teams

• Validation in environments close to the customer’s (testing in system-embedded conditions)

• Verification using log collection and debugging tools

• Product unit testing using simulators

• Evaluation from both black-box and white-box perspectives

■ Development and Work Environment

• Development sites: Germany / Poland

• Development process: V-model (with partial Agile adoption)

• Test automation: In progress

• Defect management: Shared tracking sheet with the customer

必須要件（Required Qualifications）

• Practical experience in software testing (from planning to execution)
• Ability to execute tests on a PC (experience with system-based verification)
• Ability to communicate in English on technical matters without hesitation (email, meetings)
• Native-level Japanese proficiency

歓迎要件（Preferred Qualifications）

• Experience in evaluation and testing of embedded software
• Experience with test automation (Python, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering
• Experience using measurement instruments (oscilloscope, etc.)
• Experience in technical negotiations with customers

• ログ取得やデバッグツールを用いた動作確認

• シミュレータを用いた製品単体テスト

• ブラックボックス／ホワイトボックス双方の観点での評価

• 開発プロセス：Vモデル（一部アジャイル導入）

• テスト自動化：推進中

• 不具合管理：顧客と共有の管理表を使用

【応募要件】

（必須）

・ソフトウェアテストの実務経験（計画〜実行まで一連の流れ）

・PC上のテストが実行できる方（システムを用いた検証経験）

・英語での技術コミュニケーションに抵抗がない方（メール・会議）

・日本語ネイティブレベル

・組込みソフトウェアの評価・試験経験

・テスト自動化（Python等）の経験 • 電気

・電子に関する基礎知識 • 計測機器（オシロスコープ等）の使用経験
