Job Title: Software Technologist I

Your Role:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#/.NET (primary focus).
  • Build scalable backend services and APIs using ASP.NET Core.
  • Develop supporting tools, automation scripts, and integrations using Python.
  • Architect and deploy solutions on AWS cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
  • Implement microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance developer productivity and automate workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, development, and delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to security, performance, scalability, and responsible AI practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 6–8 years of software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 5+) — primary competency.
  • Hands-on experience building REST APIs using ASP.NET.
  • Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services and deployments.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks, including:
    • Prompt engineering and workflow automation.
    • Tools like GitHub Copilot or similar AI developer assistants.
  • Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience deploying and managing .NET applications on AWS.
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda).
  • Exposure to RAG, AI agents, or GenAI-based application design.
  • Experience with tools such as SonarQube, GitHub Advanced Security, Artifactory.
  • Exposure to frontend technologies (React, JavaScript/TypeScript).

✅ Healthcare & Domain-Specific (Desirable Skills)

  • Experience working in the Healthcare domain (e.g., medical devices, clinical systems, healthcare platforms).
  • Understanding of DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) standards.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as: HL7 / FHIR (good to have).
  • Experience handling medical imaging workflows or healthcare data integration.
  • Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR for healthcare contexts).

Education

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.
  • Ownership mindset and accountability.
  • Mentoring and technical leadership capabilities.

Role Focus

  • Primary: Build robust backend systems using C#/.NET.

  • Advanced: Use Generative AI to enable intelligent automation and productivity gains.
  • Domain Edge: Apply knowledge in Healthcare and DICOM-based systems (preferred).
