
Software Technologist - Full Stack C++
The Software Development Engineer is responsible for Participation in full software development processes, working with broader autonomy and in pairing mode with other software team members, challenging requirements, design, and quality.
You are responsible for:
Design, develop, test, and maintain Vue PACS Portal modules.
Deliver high-quality solution at speed for ongoing service packs by resolving customer escalations
Perform quick investigation, root-cause analysis, and resolution of customer escalations with a strong focus on quality
Participate in design, code reviews and contribute to unit test automation
Contributes to continuous improvement of the team, software and processes
Own and deliver assigned modules in collaboration with the team
Support project estimation, planning, and risk-management activities
Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across geographies
Learn new technologies as needed and deliver results
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
BE/master’s degree in computer science/software/information technology with 5–8 years of experience in software development and design.
Strong programming experience in C++, C#, Angular and Typescript
Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and/or Oracle
Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, SOLID design principles, and object-oriented design patterns.
Knowledge of memory management, design for performance, and multithreading experience
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent coding and debugging skills
Experience in system design and implementation of software products
Experience with Agile methodologies, tools, and practices
Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical AI usage in software engineering (e.g., using AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, and troubleshooting)
Healthcare domain experience (DICOM/HL7, viewing) is preferred
Hands-on experience with tools such as Git, TFS, and Jira
