As a Software Team Leader, you will be steering the development of the company's cutting-edge AI tools technologies.

In this pivotal role, your primary responsibility is to lead, guide, and mentor a team of talented software developers. You will be actively involved in planning, design, and execution of multiple software development projects while utilizing your extensive knowledge in software development to provide technical guidance and support to your team.

We are looking for someone who has

• Strong Technical and Management Background:
  1. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record in large-scale, production-grade software development projects.
  2. At least 1-2 years in a management or team leadership role, ideally overseeing high-output teams.
  3. [Advantage] A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:
  1. Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and managing software development teams effectively.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Expertise in Key Technologies:
