Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software System Support Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing system issues, providing prompt and effective solutions. This is a remote position based in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and requests from customers regarding system issues.
  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer queries.
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for complex issues.
  • Assist in the development of support materials and FAQs for users

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder in IT or related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Junior experience in customer service or system support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with software systems and technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese.
