Job Description

Greek Informatics S.A. part of iKnowHow, is a leading provider of software solutions for the healthcare industry. We are committed to transforming the healthcare landscape through innovative technology and exceptional service.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Support Technician to join our support team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients experience seamless functionality with our software products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients for the company’s software products
  • Install and configure software solutions
  • Deliver user training and support during implementation
  • Handle daily support requests and resolve technical issues

Requirements

    • BSc in Computer Science or a related field
    • Good knowledge of Databases (RDBMS)/ Windows operating systems/ Basic networking
    • Good command of the English language
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Team spirit and initiative
    • Valid driver’s license

Nice to have

    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector
