Department Overview

Unified communications Systems Integration

The Software Success Lead drives the successful onboarding, configuration, and adoption of the new Kodiak system across end-user organisations. This role acts as a crucial bridge between technical development teams and end-users, ensuring that current business and operational procedures are accurately analysed and mapped onto the new platform. The lead plays a vital role in working directly with customer agencies to explain the product, deliver training, gather feedback, and oversee the hands-on data provisioning necessary for successful system deployment.

The Software Success Lead is responsible for:

  • Operational Analysis: Analysing current business and operational procedures with the strict intention of mapping them onto the new Kodiak system.

  • Data Provisioning: Managing technical data analysis and entry, specifically handling system provisioning using the Corporate Administration Tool (CAT).

  • End-User Engagement: Working closely with end-user organisations to present the product, deliver training, and educate them on system capabilities.

  • Feedback Integration: Actively gathering user feedback and systematically communicating these insights to the software development teams to drive product optimisation.

  • Configuration Support: Assisting with complex fleet mapping and dispatcher configurations as part of a dedicated on-site deployment team.

  • Compliance & Sensitivity: Handling highly sensitive, localised operational data in strict compliance with data security and language guidelines.

  • Governance & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, daily documentation of on-site activities and timesheets to satisfy formal project acceptance criteria.

The Software Success Lead is vital in:

  • Operational Mapping & Provisioning: Translating complex, real-world agency workflows into structured data within the Kodiak system. Utilising CAT to accurately input, provision, and configure user profiles, fleets, and dispatch parameters.

  • Product Advocacy & Education: Serving as the primary product expert for customer agencies. Designing and executing impactful training sessions that simplify the transition to the new software, ensuring high adoption rates and minimal disruption to daily operations.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Establishing a clear feedback loop between the field and the engineering teams. Synthesising user pain points, feature requests, and operational gaps into actionable insights for developers.

  • Knowledge Transfer & On-Site Support: Serving as subject matter experts to provide hands-on agency configuration support. Ensuring that on-site knowledge transfer is seamless, high-quality, and verifiable.

  • Project Closure & Acceptance: Directly contributing to project milestones where formal acceptance of knowledge transfer and on-site support relies on the precise tracking and submission of engineer timesheets.

Basic Requirements

This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to train diverse user groups while managing highly sensitive configuration data.

To excel, a Software Success Lead typically needs a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical/operational field, alongside 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in software implementation, technical customer success, data analysis, or technical training. Experience within telecommunications, fleet management systems, or dispatcher tools is a strong plus.

Contract & nationality constraints: Due to the classification, high sensitivity, and language requirements of the operational data, this position is strictly restricted to Saudi nationals.

Key skills for this role include:

  • Fluency in written and verbal Arabic and English (essential for stakeholder communication and data handling).

  • Strong data analysis and entry skills, with proficiency in provisioning tools (specifically CAT).

  • Exceptional training, education, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to map complex business procedures to software workflows.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle field-based deployments.

  • The ability to collaborate effectively across both highly technical teams and non-technical end-users.
