FORTNA is seeking a Software Solution Architect to serve as the functional and operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) for warehouse software solutions throughout design, testing, commissioning, and go-live activities.
This role is highly focused on software solutions and warehouse operations, requiring a strong understanding of how warehouse software performs in real-world environments and supports operational workflows on the warehouse floor.
You will work closely with customers, operations teams, software developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet operational requirements and successfully support testing, commissioning, and production environments.
The ideal candidate can bridge the gap between warehouse operations and software functionality—translating operational needs into system behavior while clearly communicating how software solutions solve business and operational challenges.
