• Own and manage end-to-end release and deployment activities across multiple teams and platforms.
• Coordinate planning, execution, approvals, deployment validation, and communication during release cycles.
• Monitor release KPIs, manage deployment risks, and resolve release irregularities or failures.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, deployment environments, backend freeze windows, and technical dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and OEM stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and integration.
• Support cloud and on-premise deployments and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in release management or delivery coordination.
• Strong experience with end-to-end release ownership and multi-team release orchestration.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of deployment sequencing, backend freezes, data load constraints, and release modelling.
• Experience with cloud/on-premise environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and backend integrations is a plus.
• Automotive OTA release or OEM delivery experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• German business communication is mandatory.
