Opportunity Overview

The Release Coordinator for IGXL releases in Costa Rica will lead release readiness, coordination, and execution activities for IGXL software releases. This role will work closely with engineering, validation, product, and customer-facing teams to help ensure release quality, schedule alignment, and clear communication across stakeholders.

  • Lead planning and execution activities for IGXL software releases, including release scope, readiness tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Develop and maintain release plans, release checklists, and status updates to support predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, validation, product management, and support teams to identify release risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
  • Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders to support clear communication and timely decision-making throughout the release lifecycle.
  • Support release validation, defect triage, readiness reviews, and go/no-go activities for IGXL releases.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure release deliverables are complete, documented, and aligned to customer and business expectations.
  • Sustain and ensure continuous improvement of release processes, documentation, and execution practices.

Minimum Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing software releases, release readiness, or engineering delivery in a technical software environment is preferred
  • Experience working with Jira, cross-functional engineering, validation, product, and customer support teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes, release management practices, defect tracking, and quality readiness.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders in a global engineering environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear status, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with semiconductor test, ATE software, IGXL, or related test development environments preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, guide teams through ambiguity, and support timely resolution of release issues.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality, process improvement, and customer success.
  • Experience using AI enabled tools is preferred.
