Software Quality & Security Engineer

Do you want to shape the future of software quality and security? We seek a Software Quality & Security Engineer to join our DevOps Tools team in Warsaw, responsible for defining and implementing code quality standards, establishing security baselines, and supporting development teams in applying these standards. Be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration and trust

What You Will Do

• define and maintain code quality baselines and tooling, based on Enterprise standards
• establish and maintain security standards and tooling to ensure compliance and robust application security
• support development teams in applying quality and security standards effectively and consistently
• support adherence to standards and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement
• drive automation initiatives to enforce quality and security standards in CI/CD pipelines

What You Bring

• proven experience as a developer in an Enterprise context
• proven experience in software quality management and secure coding practices
• strong understanding of code analysis tools and security frameworks
• ability to influence and guide development teams toward best practices
• excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
