What you'll do?
Quality Planning & Governance
Create and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan in alignment with QMS, ASPICE, and IATF standards.
Define quality objectives, KPIs, and audit schedules for the project lifecycle.
Ensure QA activities are integrated into project milestones and deliverables.
Quality Assurance Execution
Plan and conduct audits (process audits, work product audits) as per QMS guidelines.
Perform compliance checks against ASPICE, IATF, and internal standards.
Monitor non-conformances, track corrective actions, and verify closure.
Maintain audit trackers and ensure timely reporting of findings.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare and present monthly quality status reports to management and project teams.
Provide objective feedback on adherence to QMS and quality of work products.
Act as an independent voice for quality in project reviews and decision-making.
Support & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with Process Owners to feed insights into the continuous improvement loop.
Assist project teams in ASPICE and IATF certification readiness
What will you bring?
Standards Knowledge
Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and ASPICE frameworks.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Agile/SAFe methodologies
(Preferred) Certifications in ASPICE Assessor, IATF Auditor, or similar.
Technical & Functional Skills
Expertise in audit planning and execution (process and product audits).
Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, and core quality tools
Ability to interpret and apply industry standards to project environments.
Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity is a plus.
Behavioral Competencies
