Role Software Quality Assurance Analyst
Location Bengaluru
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our Business Process Workflow Services team. The Senior QA Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of business process workflows across various platforms and systems. This role involves close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate process designs, identify defects, and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Validate end-to-end business processes for accuracy, completeness, and performance
Participate in root cause analysis and recommend process improvements
Work with QA Leads to standards and process methods are improved and maintained
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to sign-off
