Do you have a passion for improving the lives of patients through cutting-edge technology?
Bayer Radiology is looking for an experienced Software QA Lead to participate in the development of Bayer Computed Tomography (CT) contrast injector systems.

Working from our Rydalmere facility you will lead the software quality assurance effort in the development of a new CT injector product. The CT injector products developed in Rydalmere are sold in global markets, giving the opportunity to make a difference to patients’ lives and the work of health care professionals.

Do something that moves you.

• You will plan and execute Software QA activity for a major CT Injector development project
• Guide and mentor the project software QA team
• Lead the design and implementation of software test automation tools and develop Python based test automation scripts for testing of UI/UX workflows as well as embedded subsystems
• Collaborate with local and international software teams to ensure software quality targets are achieved
• Authoring and maintaining software quality related documentation including test reports, test plans, test guidelines, test scripts etc.
• Adherence to both Bayer internal and industry medical device software quality standards.
• Collaborate in Agile software process environment to deliver high-quality solutions

Does this sound like you?

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical field
• Significant experience leading software QA teams
• Advanced software QA process knowledge
• Advanced Python coding skills
• Experience in software QA of embedded systems
• Advanced knowledge of Object-oriented programming concepts.
• Advanced knowledge in building and working with automated test tools and testing frameworks
• Advanced documentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively to deliver results
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
