Job Description

• Analyze business and data requirements to ensure test coverage and accuracy
• Perform both manual and automated testing of applications and systems
• Create, review, and maintain test data for various testing scenarios
• Identify, log, and track defects while providing regular updates on test progress
• Document test cases, test processes, and quality outcomes clearly and accurately
• Support the preparation of quality metrics and status reports for stakeholders
• Apply QA best practices and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing strategies and workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year of experience in software quality assurance
• Basic knowledge of at least one database management system (DBMS)
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Exposure to healthcare or similar regulated domains
• Understanding of compliance standards (e.g., data privacy, regulatory frameworks)
• Familiarity with domain-specific workflows or transaction processing systems
