Job Description

Are you passionate about software quality and eager to make an impact in the medical technology space? Join our team supporting hearing‑aid manufacturing systems, where your work directly contributes to improving lives. We’re looking for a detail‑driven Software QA Analyst who thrives on problem‑solving, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and improve test cases to support ongoing development and product quality.

  • Identify, investigate, and document software defects, including root‑cause analysis and validation of bug fixes.

  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines and communicate testing progress and findings.

  • Provide technical support and knowledge sharing to QA team members in specialized testing areas.

  • Ensure compliance with global medical regulations and internal standard operating procedures.

  • Engage in continuous professional development to expand your technical expertise.

More about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • A results‑oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Previous experience in application software testing (asset)

  • Familiarity with defect tracking systems, test management tools, or regulated environments (asset)

  • Fluency in English

This role's pay range is between: $60,800 - 74,000. This role is also bonus ellgible.
