ETHICS CODE is seeking a motivated Software Project Manager Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in project management within the software development industry.

As a Software Project Manager Intern, you will assist in coordinating and supporting software projects from initiation to completion, working closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning software project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Support the tracking of project progress, risks, and issues.
• Help prepare project documentation and status reports.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and take meeting notes and action items.
• Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in software development and project management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of project management concepts is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
