Oxiliry is hiring Software Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex software projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, extensive experience in software development, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Requirements Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Manage team performance and provide constructive feedback. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project status, progress, and potential risks to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure alignment between project goals and stakeholder expectations. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Implement and oversee testing and validation processes. Facilitate continuous improvement and best practices in project management. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification. 5+ years of experience in software project management. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
