Key Responsibilities

• Define project milestones, workstreams, and delivery plans
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment
• Establish and maintain Agile project practices
• Understand customer needs and propose optimal solutions within constraints
• Estimate budgets, resources, timelines, and manage project risks
• Participate in Proof of Concept (POC) activities when required
• Track project progress, KPIs, and deliver regular status reports
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction

Profile & Requirements

• Engineering degree with a solid understanding of software development
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master in an IT environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• PMP (PMI) and/or Scrum Master certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and CMMi is a plus
• Comfortable using AI tools to support project planning, risk management, reporting, forecasting, decision-making, and productivity improvement
