• 
  Manage projects, including all the underlying bank’s projects, based on the agreed strategy.
• 
  Develop comprehensive project plans and establish a clear set of project goals.
• 
  Ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame, budget, and scope.
• 
  Identify project stakeholders, and establish a schedule.
• 
  Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for IT project stakeholders required for specific projects or initiatives.
• 
  Monitor project progress, and prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• 
  Review proposed modifications on project plans and reflect the approved update in the project plan.
• 
  Identify risks, suggest mitigation plan support, and direct the project team.
• 
  Managing stakeholders’ communication.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's or Master degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 
  1-3 years of experience.
• 
  Solid Experience in Software Project Management.
• 
  Excellent ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects.
