Responsibilities

• Planned and coordinated engine control software development throughout the project lifecycle.
• Led software development, integration, validation, and release in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
• Coordinated the interface between Renault application software and supplier basic software.
• Managed software architecture, variable consistency, ECU resources (CPU, ROM/RAM, NVM), and software branching strategy.
• Defined software roadmaps, Software Development Plans (SDP), validation plans, and milestone documentation (SPD/TDD).
• Led software validation activities, including HIL model development, GO Validation, and supplier software acceptance.
• Coordinated the development and delivery of diagnostic solutions (MCD, DDT2000) and software prototypes.
• Managed suppliers, deliverables, budgets, and project execution in line with QCDP objectives.
• Planned team workload, prioritized tasks, monitored resources, and facilitated technical meetings.
• Ensured resolution of technical issues during development and series production, acting as the main technical interface (ISMAP, RA PIE).
• Presented software releases and project progress to cross-functional and MAP teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in automotive embedded software project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of internal combustion engine control and operation.
• Solid understanding of automotive electronics and ECU architecture.
• Experience in software development lifecycle (ASPICE, V-cycle, software validation).
• Supplier management and coordination in international projects.
• Project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Budget monitoring and project delivery (QCDP).
• Software integration, calibration, and validation (HIL/MIL/SIL).
• Cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English; experienced in multinational engineering environments.
