Werfen is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Software Product Owner to help turn bold ideas into high-impact digital solutions within our Autoimmunity business line. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, translating user needs and organizational goals into clear, actionable requirements that power efficient, high-quality software delivery. As the owner of the product backlog, you’ll play a critical role in shaping priorities, reducing ambiguity, and ensuring teams stay focused on delivering the most valuable outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, QA, product managers, and key stakeholders to keep work aligned, well-defined, and moving forward with clarity and purpose. Minimum Knowledge & Experience for the position:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related STEM discipline.
Experience:
Management has the discretion of substituting relevant work experience for a degree and/or making exceptions to the years of experience requirement.
Skills & Capabilities:
The annual base salary range for this role is currently $110k to $140k. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs.
This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave. Our sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our management, and select professional roles, are eligible for a performance-based bonus.
