Job Description

As a Software Logistics Coordinator in Nokia's MI Software Supply Chain team, you will be part of a global organization and your role is to manage the life cycle and delivery of Software and License orders, with the aim of helping to achieve team goals and nurture the culture of continuous improvement. You'll gather crucial information, resolve challenges, and facilitate escalations that enhance customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency. You'll play a vital role in supporting our MI Software Supply Chain unit, collaborating with teams focused on the full software portfolio.

  • Monitor and manage the life cycle of Software and License orders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Execute the order confirmation process to align with team goals and deliverables.
  • Guarantee product availability by coordinating logistics to meet required delivery dates.
  • Validate the accuracy of technical and logistics order data as well as master data.
  • Process cancellation and scrapping requests, including handling 1st level escalations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements in software and license order and delivery processes.
  • Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline operations.
  • Play a vital role in Nokia's end-to-end supply chain for cutting-edge software solutions

You have:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in managing the life cycle and delivery of Software and License orders with a Graduation or equivalent degree.
  • Supply chain knowledge with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with logistics tools such as SAP.
  • Basic understanding of trade compliance regulations.
  • Exposure to PBI and overall O365 Suite
