We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional or local regulations).

Digital Technology & Architecture organization encompasses following capabilities: Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud engineering, Platform Engineering (e.g. DevOps & related framework), Platforms (ServiceNow, Observability, Chatbots, SAP, Commercial, RPA, …), Digital Workplace and more “classical” infrastructures (hosting, servers, …).
Digital Workplace & Facilities team manages all Digital Workplace capabilities (all devices, collaboration, communication, printing, software management & deployment, …) and makes the bridge between global standards designed by global infrastructure & workplace teams and their implementation on our 60+ sites (incl. 12 plants) across the globe.

As part of the Device Experience and DEX team, you will manage the following capabilities:
Enterprise App Store Management.
Software Asset Management (SAM).
End-User Software Management.
Application Lifecycle Automation.
Software Deployment & Delivery.
Application Compatibility & Testing.
Software Compliance & Governance.
Cost Optimization & Financial Management.
We are looking for a Digital Workplace Software Lifecycle in our Device Experience and DEX team, with following core responsibilities, for all capabilities listed above.
Main Responsibilities
1.Enterprise App Store Management:
Own and manage enterprise application stores including Microsoft Intune Company Portal, Microsoft Store for Business, and private app repositories.
Design and implement a software catalogue strategy that provide self-service capabilities for end users.
Curate and maintain application collections for different user personas and departments.
Implement app approval workflows and governance processes.
Manage app publishing, updates, and retirement processes across all platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
Design and implement featured apps, app categories, and user-friendly browsing experiences.
Integrate app stores with identity management (Azure AD, SSO) and conditional access policies.
Monitor app store usage analytics, adoption rates, and user satisfaction metrics.
Develop automated app deployment strategies based on user groups, devices, and business requirements.
Manage app store branding, customization, and user communications.
2.Software Asset Management (SAM):
Implement and manage comprehensive Software Asset Management program ensuring license compliance and cost optimization.
Deploy and administer SAM tools (Snow License Manager, ServiceNow SAM or similar platforms)
Conduct regular software license audits and reconciliation processes.
Maintain accurate software inventory across all devices, VDI environments, and cloud services.
Develop software license optimization strategies identifying over-licensed and under-utilized software.
Track software license entitlements, allocations, and renewals.
Implement automated discovery and inventory collection mechanisms.
Generate compliance reports and dashboards for audit readiness.
Develop chargebacks and cost allocation models for software consumption.
Manage software license harvesting and reallocation processes.
Ensure compliance with software vendor licensing terms and audit requirements.
3.End-User Software Management – Adobe/Microsoft Products & Third Party:
Own Adobe Creative Cloud enterprise deployment and lifecycle management.
Manage Adobe Admin Console including user provisioning, product assignments, and license management.
Implement Adobe packages using Creative Cloud Packager or Adobe Remote Update Manager.
Deploy Adobe applications via Intune, SCCM, or other deployment tools with automation.
Manage Adobe license types (Named User, Shared Device, Device licenses).
Implement Adobe update policies and patch management strategies.
Optimize Adobe licensing costs through usage analytics and license reclamation.
Help to manage the Adobe enterprise agreements and consumption-based licensing.
Integrate Adobe authentication with Azure AD/SSO
Support specialized Adobe deployments for creative teams, marketing departments, and remote workers
Manage Adobe plugins, extensions, and third-party integrations.
Own Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise deployment strategies.
Manage Microsoft 365 Apps deployment using Intune or Configuration Manager.
Implement update channels (Current, Monthly Enterprise, Semi-Annual) based on business requirements.
Manage Office 365 licensing (E3, E5, Business Premium, etc.) and feature assignments.
Deploy and manage Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint clients, and other Microsoft applications
Implement Office customization files.
Manage Office activation methods including shared computer activation for VDI
Optimize Microsoft licensing including Windows 10/11 Enterprise, Azure AD Premium.
Manage Microsoft Store for Business integration with Intune.
Manage enterprise software portfolio including browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), collaboration tools, productivity applications, and line-of-business software.
Implement software packaging and repackaging strategies using tools like MSIX, App-V, or traditional MSI/EXE.
Develop application compatibility testing processes for new OS versions and updates.
Manage application dependencies, prerequisites, and installation sequences.
Implement application superdense and replacement strategies
Manage software uninstallation and cleanup processes.
Coordinate software deployments with change management and maintenance windows.
4.Application Lifecycle Automation:
Design and implement software deployment strategies across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, VDI)
Manage deployment tools including Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, and third-party solutions.
Implement phased deployment approaches with pilot groups and production rollouts.
Develop user communication strategies for software changes and new application availability.
Manage software deployment scheduling to minimize business impact.
Implement software deployment reporting and success rate tracking.
Coordinate with application owners and business stakeholders for deployment planning.
Manage emergency software patches and security updates.
5.Software Deployment & Delivery:
Implement and manage DEX platforms (Intune Analytics)
Monitor and analyze end-user computing experience across physical devices, mobile devices, and VDI.
Develop proactive alerting and remediation workflows based on user experience metrics.
Create dashboards and reports measuring device performance, application responsiveness, and user satisfaction scores.
Identify and resolve experience bottlenecks affecting productivity.
Implement sentiment analysis and digital experience scoring.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on DEX insights.
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize infrastructure based on real user experience data.
6.Application Compatibility & Testing:
Establish application compatibility testing processes for OS upgrades (Windows 11, macOS updates)
Coordinate application compatibility testing with business application owners.
Manage application remediation efforts for compatibility issues.
Maintain application compatibility matrix and documentation.
Implement automated application testing in pilot environments.
Coordinate with software vendors for application compatibility certifications.
7.Software Compliance & Governance:
Establish software governance policies including approved software lists, prohibited software, and exception processes.
Implement software compliance monitoring and unauthorized software detection.
Manage software security policies including application control (AppLocker, WDAC).
Conduct regular software compliance reviews with business units.
Manage software exemption requests and approvals.
Ensure adherence to corporate software standards and policies.
Coordinate with security and compliance teams for software risk assessments.
Gather requirements and prioritize feature requests from factory managers, IT support, and end users.
Track KPIs including device uptime, mean time to resolution, printing costs, and user experience scores.
Drive adoption of new technologies and solutions across the organization.
8.Cost Optimization & Financial Management:
Develop software cost optimization strategies through license right-sizing and harvesting.
Implement software usage analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Manage software budgets and forecasting for renewals and new acquisitions.
Track software spend across departments and implement chargeback models.
Identify opportunities for license consolidation and standardization.
About You
Technical background required.
Extensive experience implementing and managing SAM programs in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with SAM tools (Snow License Manager, ServiceNow SAM, or similar)
Deep understanding of software licensing models (perpetual, subscription, concurrent, named user, device-based).
Experience conducting software license audits and vendor compliance reviews
Knowledge of major software vendor licensing (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, SAP).
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune Company Portal and Microsoft Store for Business management
Experience designing and implementing enterprise app catalogues and self-service portals
Understanding of app publishing workflows and approval processes across platforms.
Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud enterprise administration.
Proficiency with Adobe Admin Console, Creative Cloud Packager, and Remote Update Manager.
Understanding of Adobe licensing models (Named User, Shared Device, Device licenses).
Experience deploying Adobe products at scale across diverse environments.
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise deployment and management.
Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing and feature management.

Advanced PowerShell scripting for software deployment and management automation.
Experience with Microsoft Graph API for Intune and Azure AD integration.
Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android application management.
Experience with VDI application delivery (App-V, MSIX App Attach, application layering).
Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and identity-driven application assignment.
Understanding of application security including AppLocker, WDAC, and application control.
Advanced Power BI skills for creating software usage, compliance, and cost optimization dashboards.
Experience with SQL queries for custom reporting from SAM and deployment databases.
Ability to create executive-level reports and KPI tracking.
General.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software lifecycle management and product ownership roles.
Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) for request and change management.
Understanding of ITIL service management and software change control processes.
Demonstrated ability to create and manage product roadmaps for software services.
Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions.
Ability to manage software budgets and financial planning.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery approaches.
Proven ability to drive cost optimization initiatives with measurable results.
