The Software Integration Engineer is a senior-level technical lead responsible for the design, delivery, technical governance, and production readiness of healthcare and pharmacy-system integrations. The position leads Software Integration Engineers in the execution of integration work, establishes technical direction and standards, reviews and approves engineering deliverables, and serves as the primary technical escalation point for the integration team. The role combines hands-on integration engineering with formal technical leadership and independent decision authority across complex and nonstandard integrations. The position does not have formal people-management responsibilities at hire.

The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $99,875 to $135,125, though a candidate’s base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Safety protocols include ensuring workstations are ergonomically designed to prevent repetitive strain injuries, encouraging regular breaks to reduce eye strain, implementing robust cybersecurity measures to protect data, and providing regular training on ergonomic practices and cybersecurity.
