
We’re looking for local Software Engineers to join Westpac’s Gold Coast Tech Hub as part of our Next Wave program — a permanent opportunity designed to help early‑career technologists grow, learn, and build meaningful products at scale.
These are permanent roles with Westpac from day one, delivered through Next Wave, which combines real engineering work with structured learning, mentoring, and long‑term career pathways across Consumer Technology.

This role is strictly for candidates who are currently living on the Gold Coast
